JT (Tim) Harbison has lived in the area for the past 15 years. JT has spent a considerable amount time in the business world of management and marketing multiple companies and benefit programs associated with their operations. JT elected early on to change his pace from corporate life to a simpler life here on the Mullet Republic Forgotten Coast.

JT's shares his love of flying with all that he knows. This is what bought the two senior partners together with a similar interest.

Peyton & Elaine Yon have lived in the area for the past 9 years since they relocated from St. Petersburg Beach. Peyton has spent a considerable amount time in the business world as entrepreneur of multiple companies both in the computer industry and manufacturing and real estate investment arena as a licensed real estate broker for the past 25 years.

Elaine & Peyton share their passion for horses on their horse ranch just north of Alligator Beach. Peyton's interest in flying started with his father (USAF, Ret) sharing his love of flying and today Peyton is passing along this same passion to his son and grandson.
